In 1986, Tony Coffey and Ron Polley came together to create a legendary new Jerky they named “TimberJack.” The fast fan favorite was marinated to perfection, seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices, and beautifully smoked to a tender crisp. This new jerky was so delicious you had to taste it to believe it. Now, you’ll have your chance. In honor of Tony, we’re excited to announce the addition of Timberjack to our menu.
